i know i haven’t done this for my tumblr in so long, but i filled the last page of my food journal yesterday and i want to keep track of this - so i’m going to start posting it here again. 

breakfast
1 small granny smith apple
5 big strawberries
1/4 pineapple
0.5 cup raspberries
2 cups green tea

lunch
2 cobs of corn
2 cups fresh green beans
2tsp earth balance 
1 cup green tea

snack
1 kashi peanut peanut butter bar
1 cup green tea 

supper
6 spears asparagus w/ balsamic vinegar
1/2 fresh avocado  
1 medium baked potato
1tsp earth balance

snack

i’ve been sick and i can barely swallow my own saliva without cringing. i don’t keep much down, either. i think tomorrow i may try and eat something solid. but i’ve been sleeping from about 3pm-5:30am every day, i’m just exhausted and sick and it’s gross. i’m not even hungry in the slightest. it’s weird.

food log - january seventeenth

yeah, i’ve been unbearably sick these past two days. i have it all… stuffy nose, sore chest, the worst sore throat of eternity (can’t even swallow my own saliva without cringing).

all i ate yesterday was 2 popsicles in between sleeping.

a total of 210 calories.
and four 1L bottles of water.
that’s pathetic.

i’m not doing any better today. thus far i’ve had hot water and lemon, and one popsicle at work. :(
